At Big Sports Asia, we saw an opportunity to reimagine few activities we found especially exciting—rock climbing and bowling—and make them easier for more people to enjoy. Sportainment is increasingly blending physical activity, technology, and entertainment into memorable experiences.
We started with a simple question: Why should bowling be limited to indoor spaces?
Taking bowling outdoors was not easy. Traditional bowling systems are designed for controlled indoor environments, so we had to rethink everything—from the materials and technology to the overall structure. We redesigned the system to create a sturdy, reliable outdoor bowling setup and completely reinvented the machine for a new kind of experience.
The result was worth the effort: an exciting outdoor bowling concept that brought the game into fresh, open spaces and we are proud that we received an enthusiastic response from customers and visitors.
Traditional rock climbing often requires extensive safety equipment, including ropes, harnesses, and personal protective equipment. While these systems are essential for high-altitude climbing, they can also make the activity more complex and less accessible for casual users.
That inspired us to rethink the climbing experience from the ground up. We thoroughly redesigned the concept to make it safer, simpler, and more approachable for people of different ages and skill levels—while allowing it to fit into a wide range of locations.
The result is BIG BODLR, India’s first modular bouldering wall—designed to fit almost any space and bring the excitement of climbing closer to everyone. It is compact, adaptable, and built for sportainment: a balance of challenge, fun, movement, and memorable experiences. At Big Sports Asia, we do not just build sports equipment. We create new ways for people to play, connect, and enjoy active experiences—anywhere.
For the past 13 years, we have been designing outdoor furniture and serving top housing projects for creating enjoyable, engaging clubhouse spaces. In our industry, we place strong emphasis on visual appeal, high safety standards, and structural durability while providing waterfront parks, outdoor furniture and play areas along Fitness Equipment.
As the father of a professional rock climber, I understand the importance of proper training and uncompromising safety.
